Wayside - sleeps 5

Wayside is a traditional stone built cottage which has been modernised throughout with oil central heating, new bathrooms, kitchen, carpets, and oak floor in the large lounge.

Accommodation is all on the ground floor.

• One double bedroom en suite with large picture window and views east towards the Sidlaw Hills.

• One twin bedroom with views of the farm and woodland to the south

• One single looking out to the garden. 

• All bedrooms are fully carpeted

• Bathroom with shower over bath and wc opposite twin bedroom

Kitchen:

Dining Room:

• Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating area and view to the south.

Lounge:

• The welcoming and spacious lounge has views to the south and east and has an open fire, with coal and logs provided (together with a lesson on how to light it, if required!).  There is a widescreen TV with Freeview, CD and DVD players with selection of DVDs and a selection of books and maps on the local area.

Garden and Parking:

• The enclosed garden and lawn has views to the Sidlaw Hills in the east and is equipped with garden furniture.
  There is ample parking for four cars.

Children: 

Pets:

• Maximum of two dogs.  £15 per dog per week.

Smoking:

• Smoking is not permitted indoors.
