The cottage and garden are on one level.

Accommodation

The large lounge has fabulous views of the farm and the Sidlaw Hills and an open fire with supply of logs and coal provided – there’s nowhere better to relax on a rainy day or after a day out. 

 - Widescreen digital TV with freeview,  DVD player with selection of DVDs, radio, CD player and free wifi.

- Binoculars, OS maps of local area, a large number of leaflets on Perthshire walks, books, playing cards and   games in addition to information on things to see and do – your very own tourist information centre.

Our younger guests have their own folder and a selection of games and toys.  Budding farmers can try their hand with the toy farm.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: One double en suite, one twin and one single bedroom with family bathroom and additional toilet.  All linen is provided including towels, tea towels, cotton downie covers and sheets.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The large kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with Neff ovens, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and table seating four.  The dining room table seats six.  Tea towels and a welcome pack are provided with contents depending on the season, but always including basics to revive you on arrival.

Garden and Parking:

The garden with lawn, rockery and border has fine views of the farm and Sidlaw Hills.  Garden furniture is provided. There is a drying area and ample off road parking.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £15 per dog per week.  Our collies enjoy Perthshire’s many and varied walks – just ask if you’re looking for ideas.
